Most wholesale vegan and gluten-free dessert options in Los Angeles feel like a compromise — a dry brownie sold as penance. Ours had to pass a harder test: it was developed for Terranea Resort, where the vegan option sits on the same plate line as everything else and gets judged by the same guests.
The result is a complete collection — chocolate, passion fruit, dulce de leche, strawberry passion, mousses and parfaits — plus vegan and gluten-free twins of our whole-cake flavors, so a banquet can serve every diet from one menu without a visible seam.
