For Food Service Directors
A workplace café lives on the morning case, and the morning case has to be full before the first person walks in. Since 1979 our family has supplied Los Angeles kitchens with pastry and dessert that arrives ready, and for corporate dining that means a standing weekday order: set once, repeated every week, delivered each morning on our own vans.
You choose the program. We keep it running. The only time you hear from us is when you want something changed.
What Corporate Dining Orders
Butter croissant, almond croissant, scone, danish and muffin, delivered fresh each morning and varied through the week so the case never looks the same twice.
Macarons, mini cakes and seasonal pieces for the afternoon case. See mini desserts.
Nine-inch quiche cut into portions and delivered ready to hold, for a lunch line that needs a savory option with no bench time.
Whole 10" cakes cut 16, mini dessert trays and petits fours for birthdays, board lunches and pop-ups, added to any day's delivery. See banquet desserts.
Built for the Operator
A standing order means a number you can forecast, one invoice per cycle with your PO on it, and a statement your accounts payable team can check line by line against every delivery. Closure days are noted once and never billed. Additions land on the next delivery when you send them by 11am.
Dietary Without a Separate Case
A full vegan mini line and gluten-free options that sit beside the rest of the case without a separate label or a separate order.
