In Our Delivery Zone
Santa Clarita is about forty-five minutes up the 5 from our South Gate bakery, and since September a standing order has run to a Newhall tea room every Friday morning. That changes the math for everyone else in the valley: the truck is already on Sierra Highway, so a second and third stop in Valencia, Newhall or Stevenson Ranch ride along at the same route cost instead of paying for their own trip.
What travels well up the 5 is what we do best: mini desserts that hold their shape for a tea service, whole cakes for a weekend crowd, and the 2026 catalog range that lets a café rotate its case without a new supplier each season. Everything is baked the night before and packed cold.
For a standing order the rhythm is simple. You set what you want on a private order page, we send a reminder every Tuesday, the order locks Wednesday morning, and it arrives Friday inside the window you give us. Change it any week before the cutoff. Skip a week when you need to.
Tea Rooms and Cafés
The first Santa Clarita client to come on board was a tea room, and the fit was immediate: two-bite desserts that plate cleanly on a tiered stand, an order that flexes with bookings, and a price per piece that leaves room for a tea service margin. If you run a tea room, café or event space in the valley, that Friday truck is your opening.

Questions
Yes. We run a standing Friday route to Newhall now, and Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Canyon Country and Saugus are all on the same road. Additional stops on that day share the route, so the delivery minimum for Santa Clarita is lower on Fridays than it would be for a one-off trip.
Our minimums are set by drive time from South Gate. For Santa Clarita, plan on roughly $550 per delivery, or less when your order rides along on the Friday route. Tell us where you are and we will quote it exactly.
Often, yes, but Friday is the day the truck is already up there, so it is the cheapest and most reliable. If your service needs a midweek delivery, ask, and we will look at the route.
We ask every client for a receiving window before the first delivery, and the driver works to it. A tea room that opens at ten gets a ten-to-noon window, not an eight o'clock knock.
