In Our Delivery Zone
Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley sit about thirty minutes north of our South Gate bakery, straight up the 710 and the 210, which puts them inside our standard delivery zone. Old Pasadena restaurants, the Colorado Boulevard hotels, and the tea bars and cafés along Valley Boulevard and Huntington Drive all get the same morning delivery: baked the night before, packed cold, at the door inside the window you give us.
The valley has become one of the most interesting dessert markets in Los Angeles. Matcha cafés, boba and tea bars, Japanese and Taiwanese bakeries, and a new generation of coffee shops that want a case worth photographing. We already carry the flavors that sell here, ube and mango and passion fruit among them, and we build the ones we do not carry to your recipe.
Two ways to work with us. A standing weekly order from the catalog, managed from a private order page with a Tuesday reminder and a Wednesday lock. Or a development program, where you bring the recipe and the standard and we produce it in our kitchen. Several San Gabriel Valley businesses have come to us for the second one this year.
Tea Bars and Matcha Cafés
The valley's tea bars and matcha cafés have a problem we can solve: the cakes are the hardest thing to make consistently in a small shop kitchen. We develop matcha, hojicha and black sesame desserts to your recipe, with your powders, and deliver them weekly so your case looks the same on a Tuesday as it does on a Saturday. More on desserts for tea cafés.

Questions
Yes. Pasadena, Arcadia, San Gabriel, Alhambra, Monrovia and Temple City are about thirty minutes from our South Gate bakery and inside our standard zone. Delivery is quoted by route; for most of the valley the minimum is around $350 per delivery.
Yes, and this is the request we hear most from the valley. Bring the recipe, the photos and any specialty ingredient such as your matcha or hojicha powder. We develop it in rounds until it matches your standard, then produce it weekly. See how custom development works.
If your product is designed for it, yes. Several of our development clients take whole cakes frozen and slice at the store. Tell us how you serve it and we will pack it to match.
Inside the receiving window you give us. Most valley cafés ask for delivery before opening, between eight and ten, and that is what the driver works to.
