Anaheim's convention hotels run some of the largest banquet calendars in Southern California, and Irvine and the coast hold the resorts and clubs that want a signature dessert. We serve Orange County on dedicated routes from our South Gate bakery — best suited to hotels, resorts, convention properties and caterers ordering at volume, where a weekly or event drop makes the route work.
Since 1979 our family has baked for Southern California hospitality; Orange County properties receive the same banquet rounds, plated desserts, mini displays and full vegan line as our Los Angeles hotels.

Yes. We run dedicated Orange County routes from our South Gate bakery to Anaheim's convention hotels, Irvine, Newport and the coast. OC is best served at volume — weekly hotel programs or event orders — where the route works.
Yes. We bake more than 700,000 pastries a year and supply banquet rounds, plated desserts and mini displays by the thousand, confirmed by piece count and delivered by our own drivers.
The order minimum is $350 per order; because OC is a longer route, delivery is quoted by route and works best for hotels, resorts, caterers and venues ordering weekly or for events.
Yes — a full vegan dessert line, vegan whole cakes and gluten-free options, developed for a five-star resort and available on every Orange County route.
